Jamaica eliminated the USMNT in Kingston and saw a penalty saved by Matt Turner after Ricardo Pepi’s goal. Both teams will be dealing with injuries in the second leg, and the USMNT will have to overcome this problem as a favorable goal difference will be important for the ranking in the semi-final.
Tim Weah will return from his suspension providing a boost to the USMNT attack while Brenden Aaronson also returned to training following an illness. So even though the USMNT will lose two midfielders, Johnny Cardoso and Adian Morris, they will gain a few players on this skeleton team.
