LONDON: Scotland Yard has released activist Gulfam Hussain on bail but issued a restriction preventing him from going near the Avenfield flats where members of the Sharif family live.
Gulfam, who spent four months in the PML-N before joining the PTI, was arrested by police on Friday night for threatening to attack Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and other members of the Sharif family, including for threatening to blow up the Park Lane Apartments – live TikTok.
Gulfam spoke to Geo News immediately after his release. He said: “The police have banned me from going near the Sharif family apartments in Avenfield Apartments, otherwise I will be arrested again.
