Islamabad: in order to relieve the sacred month of Ramadan, the federal government has given retail retail instructions to Rs130 per kg in the country.
The Minister of Industries and Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain, ordered the chief secretaries of all the provinces to establish sugar stands at the level of the municipal council and to ensure an uninterrupted offer of the goods at the price of the government.

Tanveer stressed that Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (PSMA) and provincial governments must ensure that sugar is accessible to the masses.
About 230 sugar stands are said to be installed in the Sindh with the cooperation of the provincial government, while 405 sales arguments were identified for sugar stands at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Hundreds of sugar stands will also be installed in Punjab and Balutchistan.
