Islamabad: While Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI) intensifies its efforts to won allies for an anti-government campaign after Eid, Jamiat Ulema-Elam-Fazl (JUI-F), warned that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in chief comments on his leader could seriously harm a potential alignment.

“The declarations of KP CM CM Ali Amin Gandapur cause pain in the cause of his party (PTI) … A great opposition alliance is in preparation, but dissident votes emerging from the PTI,” said head of Jui-F Hamdullah, speaking in the PTI ” Geo News “Naya Pakistan” program on Saturday.

The recent remarks of Gandapur targeting the chief of Jui-F Maulana Fazlur Rehman caused an uproar in the ranks of the Religo-Political Party.

Earlier, speaking to a private news channel, Gandapur rejected Fazl as a “threat”, saying that Chief Jui-F means nothing for him. “As the Alliance opposition is underway, we have to speak to all kinds of festivals – large and small,” he said.

“I don’t want to say too much … or they will complain to Imran Khan that I am too hard on Maulana Sahab,” he added.

In April 2024, The Pti Had Already Formped the Tehreek-E-Tahafuz Aiyeen-E-Pakistan (TTAP), A Multi-Party Opposition Alliance including the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), Pakhtunkhwa Mill Awami Party (PKMAP), Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M), Jamaat (Ji) and Majlis Wahdat-E-Muslimeen (MWM).

After the talks between the government and the opposition collapsed in January, the PTI did another boost to establish a spouse against the ruling coalition by rope in the former first Shahid Khaqan Abbasi earlier this month to be part of its movement.

Last month, TTAP leaders also organized their two -day conference, which held the general elections “faked” on February 8, 2024 responsible for the economic, political and social crises in progress with which the country faced.

Speaking during today’s program, Hamdullah questioned the Gandapur agenda in the midst of efforts to form an opposition alliance, saying that when PTI was heading for a common cause, then which raised a voice against it?

Stressing that Jeu-F’s policies were not focused on personalities, Hamdullah said they had nothing to do with Gandapur … Let the PTI take care of him.

He also declared that his party had transmitted his reservations to the head of the PTI and former president of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser, adding: “It is now his responsibility to present our point of view to the management of the PTI.”

“Qaiser will now inform us of his party’s response to our concerns,” added Hamdullah.

One day earlier, the news reported that JUI-F had transmitted its conditions and reservations to the former ruling party about the membership of the Great Opposition Alliance.

Sources have said that the management of JUI -F had informed Qaisar of the conditions – some of which also concern KP CM Gandapur – if it wants to join the opposition alliance.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson for JUI-F Aslam Ghori would have said that party leadership had not yet made an official decision to join the great alliance.
