Pakistan Muslim League, the chief of the Muslim league-Nawaz (PML-N) and advisor to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan, said that the position of the nation is clear: terrorism will no longer be tolerated.

Addressing the media after the prayers of Eidul Fitr in Faisalabad, Sanaullah stressed that the only solution to terrorism is military operations.

He said the forces behind terrorism, including India and Afghanistan RAW agents, would continue to face strong measures, Express News reported.

“We celebrate Eid thanks to the sacrifices of our martyrs. These martyrs and their families are our benefactors, and the existence of our nation is due to their sacrifices, “said Sanaullah. He also noted that any attack on innocent civilians would not be tolerated and that the sympathizers of the terrorists would also be confronted with consequences.

The advisor added that the world now recognizes that Pakistan has overcome its economic crisis. He underlined the reports of the main institutions which indicate an improvement in the economic situation of the country, the decreasing inflation and the conditions of the common people improving.

Sanaullah also mentioned the plans of the Punjab government to mitigate the difficulties of the ordinary man, saying that all rescue measures aim to comfort citizens. He criticized political opponents who created divisions and spread hatred, predicting that they would face a dark future.

He also noted the end of the crisis caused by the 2018 project, declaring that the Lahore-Multan motorway via Satyana Road, a project worth 10 billion rupees, would be completed this year.

In addition, the metro, the computer city and other infrastructure projects would soon be completed.

On the issue of terrorism, Sanaullah reaffirmed that only military action could face this threat.

He reiterated that Pakistan would take measures against terrorism supported by foreign elements and agents.

However, he also expressed his desire to engage in dialogue with those who respect the constitution of the country, provided that they do not support terrorism.

Sanaullah pointed out on the absence of PTI representatives at the meeting of the National Security Committee and expressed its opening up to discussions with the media. He also pointed out that the government was ready to modify the laws if necessary to solve the problems raised.

Finally, the Minister concluded that the solution to violence on social networks, which harms people’s lives, lies in the implementation of the PECA law.
