PM Shehbaz initiates full support for CM Bugti for the development of Balutchistan Blogging Sole

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ensured the full support of the federal government for the development of Balutchistan at a meeting with the chief minister Sarfraz BUGTI in Lahore on Wednesday.

He reiterated that the progress of Balutchistan remained one of the main priorities of the government and said that all the necessary measures would be taken to support current and future initiatives.

The two leaders had vast talks on the economic, social and security situation of the province.

CM BUGTI informed the Prime Minister about the status of development projects currently underway through Balutchistan.

He also extended the Eidul Fitr greetings to the Prime Minister at the meeting.

Earlier Tuesday, Federal Minister of Defense, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, said that previous governments should be held responsible for the ongoing challenges in Balutchistan.

Speaking during an interview with a private news channel, the Minister stressed his unwavering commitment to improving national security, improving public well-being and intensifying the efforts to combat terrorism. He extended his Eid greetings to the nation while discussing key issues.

Khawaja Asif also said that the Pakistan armed forces have suffered reforms to better respond to the threat of terrorism and that the operations to fight against terrorism successful in Balutchistan are imminent.
