The British Council Pakistan has announced that all the exams planned for today will take place as planned in the middle of increased tensions between Pakistan and India.

In a press release published on its official Facebook page, the organization said: “All the exams planned for today will take place as planned. We will keep you posted if there are changes.”

“If you have any questions, please contact your school or in the case of private candidates – please contact our customer service center,” said the press release on Facebook.

The announcement comes in the middle of increased tensions following a military climbing along the control line after India has launched strikes on several locations in Pakistan.

This comes in response to the murder of more than two dozen Indian tourists illegally occupied Jammu-et-Cachemire, for which India criticizes Pakistan, an affirmation that Islamabad vehemently denied.

The armed forces of Pakistan, in reinstatement strikes, killed at least five planes from the Indian Air Force (IAF), a drone and destroyed the brigade headquarters.
