Where does the defect come from? Do we generate each of us to search for some excitement, or is this illegal appetite not secure through experience? Sigmund Freud had some theories on this topic, as well as “Pillion” for Lighton, a steam -saturated artistic psyche that shines somewhat on the analysis but not at all shy about showing the germs of a new man. “Bilon” focuses on the person sitting on a motorcycle, wrapped around the driver’s waist, on discovering what his new friend describes as planting a motorcycle as “efficiency of dedication.”
Kullen (Harry Milling), a moderate passenger who still lives at home, is located in a blind history of his mother’s rank when he discovers what might be his dream man. Ray wears (Alexander Skarsgard), wearing a full leather riding suit, everything that is faded, Colin who acquires Cabbila: a tall northern God, apparently comfortable in his skin.
When Ray slips his time and place to meet the next day, Colin can barely believe his luck, and he shares good news with his unexpected supportive parents – a nice touch that makes them from fans heads to a somewhat dark shift. Kullen even encouraging him to wear an old leather jacket in its “first history”.
It turns out that this initial meeting is something more analyzed than Cologne-to consider it a good way. Although “Pillion” does not offer an insightful look at Kullen’s tendencies before he enters the opinion of his life, it is safe to say that the installation in a dark alley, and to lick a pair of rubber shoes, otherwise he is around him and he is a wilderness of any imagination that his limited imagination was capable of it. They just started.
“Pillion” has managed to have a sarcastic sense of being explicit and frank in the way Lightton presents everything that happens in the unconventional Colin and Ray’s relationship. There in this alley, a few words are exchanged, but the audience gets a baffling hint of leather like a ray that draws his official uniform, and he may laugh at Colin’s voice suffocating his prize. It is clear that Ray is too much on the new game, and then we will see the reason – Prince Albert and all. (This is not the first time that the “Pool Infinity Pool” superstar has spent the goods, which distracts her somewhat attention from hidden performance.)
While casting Skarsgård appears to be a state of writer and director Lighton Landing, his perfect candidate, melling appears as the most interesting option. The former actor of the child began his career in playing Dodley Dorisley in the “Harry Potter” privilege, but he comes as unsafe and loved here – this type of colleagues who do not know what it might be.
His mother knows, Peggy (Lesley Sharp), and she does not hesitate to paste her nose into the new Coleen relationship, especially after her only son shaved his curly hair (which he always considered his best advantage) and begins to wear a crowded steel chain around his neck. Colin is really calling for his friends and family not to understand the right contact – and fragile in a paradoxical way – he slipped with Ray.
It is limited to almost stark spaces, it is almost an arrangement without tenderness or a fundamental conversation, where Colin is dealt with as a possession or a pet, somewhere under the ray dog in the hierarchy of things – and much less than the popular ray bike. In each step, the opinion of the rules is placed, and Kullen was actively placed in place, as in the way he orders Ray to cook dinner and then stand silently behind him while eating it, with the dog sitting next to him on the sofa where Colin wants to be.
Most people will not bear such mental games, but in the Coleen case, they are the cost of dating a person away from his periodic. He loves to show the image of his new friend at work, but he never mentions the way he makes him sleep on the ground. Colin hangs out with the Ray Rais Rice gang, feels listed in an idol society and can speak to other subjects like himself, including those who knew Ray for a longer period and learn about the flexibility.
“Pillion” raises much lower than its exciting hypothesis than you expect, even leaving the interpretation left for us. Much of what passes behind the eyes of Melling is pure guessing on our part, as its expressions are eager to pity – until he talks finally, and dares to ask for more intimate relationship.
Colin is afraid to organize the way in which its dynamic is organized that one wrong movement can end, which only enhances the power of ray on it. “You can’t bother me if I try,” Ray claims, it looks great like Clint Eastwood. While Bilon builds, we see Culin abandoning some of the self -esteem he sacrificed along the way. This is the extent of the plot, and although a movie like “Pillion” is still largely unprecedented, her story may have done better as a sub -text for a greater narration (as it is, there is nothing else in the life of Colin).
Freud saw that submission is a manifestation of subconscious guilt – a tool for those who suffer from shame to express their sexual desires – and there is certainly that there is a degree of that in playing here. In theory, it is easier to leave the dominant individual partner guidance. Initially, Colin is very shy to admit what he wants. But throughout his time with Ray, he discovers what he gives pleasure. More importantly, he learns how to ask for it.
