The majority of Pakistan will know the cold and dry time today, the mountain areas that should see significant cold conditions during the night.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, regions such as Mirrier, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and northwestern Balutchistan are likely to attend light rains and snowfall on the mountains, Express News reported.
In Islamabad and its surroundings, time should remain cold with a partially cloudy sky.
The meteorological service has also said that most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will remain cold and dry, northern districts expecting serious cold temperatures overnight.
Areas like Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kohistan, Bagram, Shangla and neighboring regions can experience a partial cloud cover with occasional light rains and light snowfall.
Punjab districts should have a cold with a cloudy sky, with certain areas like Mirurus and Galyat receiving light rains and snowfall.
In the Sindh, the majority of districts are likely to feel dry, while Balutchistan will be cold, and areas like Quetta, Ziarat, Qilla Abdullah, Shaman, Pishin and the surrounding regions may experience winds in burst with light rains and snowfall on the mountains.
The cashmere region should see the cold with a partially cloudy sky, while light rains and snow are also provided in certain parts of the Gilgit-Baltistan.
