Revised working hours announced for government offices during Ramadan Blogging Sole

The establishment’s division published a notification describing the revised working hours for the offices of the federal government during the sacred month of Ramadan, reported Express News.

According to notification, government offices operating on a five -day work week will work from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For offices after a six -day work week, working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In addition, on Friday, all government offices will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to adapt to the Friday prayer break.

In addition, Pakistan railways have also adjusted working hours for booking offices during Ramadan, providing smoother operations for passengers.

According to the announcement of the railway administration, the reservation offices working in two quarters will follow new schedules:

Morning change: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Evening change: 12:30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

On Friday, there will be a break from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for Jumu’ah prayers.

However, the booking offices operating on a single quarter work will keep their schedule existing without any modification. These revised schedules will remain in force until 15 of Ramadan, after which all the booking offices will return to their standard opening hours.
