
Gujrat: In a tragic incident, at least six people were killed after unidentified attackers on a motorcycle opened fire in a vehicle in the city of Gujrat du Punjab on Sunday.
The police said that the incident had taken place in Miana Chak Dinga – a city in the city – where the attackers fled after killing six people traveling on the vehicle. They added that the incident was the result of a personal enmity.
The rescue teams rushed to the scene and moved bodies to the hospital.

The people killed were aged 26 to 35. The deceased was identified as Zahid Nazim, 30, Mubashir, 26, Zunair, 30, Javed Iqbal, 33, Rukhsar, 35, and an unidentified man of 26 years.
The police contingents completed the entire area and started a research operation to stop the culprits.
A Punjab police spokesman said the Inspector General had taken note of the dismissal incident and had asked for a report from the regional police officer (RPO). The Punjab ordered the immediate arrest of the manager.
The losses of dismissal of incidents due to personal enmity and tribal violence are not uncommon in Pakistan, given the failure of the authorities to maintain public order, as well as defective proceedings, which led to the release of culprits in such cases.
In January, an employee of the municipal department was killed in the Kahkashan building in one of the busiest streets in Karachi, Tariq Road.
