
Islamabad: The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) ordered the authorities to produce the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, before the court via the video link at 2 p.m.
The directive occurred during the hearing of the petition of Mashal Yousafzai against the refusal of the authorization to meet the head of the PTI, who is imprisoned in the Adiala prison in Rawalpindi.
The court ordered the defender general of Islamabad to know if Khan will be presented via a video link or, if not, to guarantee his physical appearance before the court at 3 p.m.
